  • Are you insured and bonded?

    Yes, we are both bonded and insured.

  • How many hours will it take to clean my space?

    Due to the uniqueness of each space, an in-person viewing of the property must take place before we are able to give you an estimate. We do not base our estimates on square footage as each space's needs vary dependent on a variety of factors such as pet hair, children, content/clutter, etc.

  • Who will clean my space?

    At Presentation Cleaning, we work extremely hard to try and keep the same team member in your space so that cleaning care is as consistent as possible, but as we can not control when team members decide to transition into other work fields, move, etc., we cannot promise that you will forever have the same team member in your space. We can assure you, though, that we will work to take care of you, just as much, in those times of transition, and will work to bring a awesome new team member in to take care of you.

  • Can I choose the scheduled for my cleanings?

    We start our work days at 8:30am, but we can work to find a day that works best for both our team and yourself. If further regular service is desired, we will then put you on a consistent schedule, that works for both parties, to be cleaned. For our residential clients, we currently offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings.

    For our commercial clients, we do offer daily (M-F) cleaning services, but they must be within our hours/days of operation.

  • Do you offer one time cleaning services?

    Yes, alongside our consistent cleaning services, we do offer one time cleaning services. See more in our "Cleaning Services" tab.

  • What are work hours?

Work hours are from 8:30am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri.

  • Are hours/days flexible?

At the start of employment, we can discuss the desired work hours and days that work best for you within our 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri schedule. Once these hours and days are decided, you must be committed to them.

  • Will I be working alone or on a team?

At the start of your employment, as you are being trained, you will be working alongside others. As time passes, you will most likely be placed into spaces that you will oversee. In some spaces, you will work alone. In others, you may be scheduled to work alongside another team member. At times, especially when we take on a construction clean up or another large job, you will work alongside various other team members.

  • What is starting pay?

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. There are opportunities for raises, tips, and promotions within the job.

  • Do you offer both full-time and part-time jobs?

Yes, we offer both full-time and part-time jobs. Upon hire, during the training period, employees are offered part-time work and after seeing that the job is a good fit for both parties, full-time work opportunities can be made available.
